A bet is only valid once you have received a successful confirmation from the Get2Win system. Bets showing a status of "Pending" or "Rejected" are not considered valid. Please keep your bet reference number for any future disputes.
If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from its originally scheduled time, all bets related to that match will be fully refunded to your wallet.
